Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of accounting experience with managerial responsibilities.
• Five or more years of management experience in finance.
• CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, supervise, and mentor finance staff including the Accounting Manager and Payroll Specialist.
• Oversee payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.
• Finalize event profit and loss statements in Acumatica and prepare settlements with promoters or artists.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and cash flow statements.
• Audit daily sales and deposits and perform variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and governing regulations; maintain internal controls.
