Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the strategic vision and execution for how business customers interact with LTPF forecasts and plans. You will define the multi-year roadmap and ensure stakeholders across Amazon can access, understand, and act on forecasting outputs.

You will manage cross-functional programs across Operations, Stores, and Finance, collaborating with scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers to architect the customer interaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Architect the customer engagement experience for viewing, auditing, and leveraging LTPF outputs.
• Lead innovation and what-if analysis frameworks for forecast decisions.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between LTPF outputs and business stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey from forecast to interventions.
• Identify gaps and drive strategic initiatives to transform the experience.
• Use data-driven insights to improve interactions among Operations, Finance, and Stores.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Science, and Operations to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
• Present to Directors and VPs, and lead quarterly/annual leadership reviews.
