Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to own critical forecasting cycles for the TSSL+ network and to translate strategic plans into financial roadmaps. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive execution, build analytical solutions, and embed AI-driven planning enhancements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead overall TSSL+ financial planning by building cost bridges, partnering with key stakeholders to craft narratives for senior leadership, and distilling key insights on the impact of KPIs on our performance.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across planning workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Provide financial support to business partners on key initiatives that improve the quality of deliveries, speed of delivery, and/or reduce costs.
• Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
• Proactively partner with managers to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities and de-prioritize those unlikely to drive material improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence and work-life harmony.
