Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the strategic vision and execution for LTPF customer engagement. You will define the multi-year roadmap, align stakeholders across Operations, Stores, and Finance, and lead cross-functional programs involving scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers.

You will drive what-if analysis frameworks, forecast interventions, and customer-facing tooling to ensure forecasts influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect cross-functional customer engagement for LTPF forecasts and plans.
• Define multi-year program vision and strategy with balance between long-term goals and short-term delivery.
• Present to Directors and VPs and drive quarterly/annual reviews with senior leadership.
• Prioritize operational excellence work alongside feature delivery on the roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Science, and Operations teams to build capabilities.
• Own end-to-end customer journey from forecast consumption to interventions and what-if analyses.
