Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead budgeting, planning and reporting for the account, ensuring optimal resource use and service quality. The role partners with finance, operations and client teams to shape short- and long-term plans.

You will formulate budgets, maintain quality standards, ensure program compliance and deliver accurate account reporting while developing talent and improving performance across the operation.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred
• Five years of foodservice management experience required
• Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Formulate budgets and plans for the operation
• Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation
• Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies
• Accountable for accurate reporting for the account
