Job summary

The Affinity Group is a leading food sales and marketing agency focused on increasing market demand in the food service and retail fresh food sectors. This role will sell and market client products to a range of foodservice operators, maintain relationships, and manage daily CRM activity to support top-priority customers.

Based in a local office with the option to work remotely as needed, you will plan calls, prepare presentations, and drive customer engagement through proactive communication

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foodservice sales or operation experience is preferred.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and schedule sales activities and manage time efficiently.
• Proactive, energetic approach to selling and customer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Enter details of sales calls and business plans into CRM daily.
• Plan and schedule sales calls against business plans.
• Check and respond to emails and voicemails daily, with 24-hour callback targets.
• Complete follow-up calls to operators within a week.
• Follow-up on sales leads within 24 hours.
• Be prepared for all sales calls and attend industry events as determined by management.
