The Affinity Group is seeking a Key Account Specialist (Food Broker) to drive growth in the Massachusetts market. This sales-driven role reports to the Market Manager and requires travel to assigned locations with a strong focus on building client relationships and brand awareness.

You will develop strategies to boost brand visibility, influence foodservice decision-makers, participate in food shows, deliver compelling presentations, and manage the sales pipeline with accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in foodservice sales or operations; culinary experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to connect with professionals at all levels.
• Creativity in recommending menu ideas and a deep love for the culinary world.
• Driven, proactive approach to client relationships.
