Job summary

Batchline Solutions is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for our Westampton, NJ facility to source ingredients, packaging, and supplies in support of DTC and B2B operations. You will work with the Procurement Manager to execute purchasing strategies, manage POs, and ensure timely deliveries that align with production schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of labeling compliance experience, with strong FDA/USDA knowledge, attention to detail, and

• FDA and USDA labeling regulations knowledge.
• 3+ years of labeling compliance experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Place and manage purchase orders in line with production schedules.
• Monitor orders and resolve delays or quality issues.
• Maintain records in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet specifications and food safety standards.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and supplier consolidation.
• Travel 20–30% as needed.
