Job summary

APP Group is expanding its Foopak® & Packaging commercial team and seeks a commercially driven Sales Manager who can win new business while growing strategic converter and packaging accounts.

This role focuses on selling food packaging board into converters, printers, and CPG/QSR brands, with travel up to 40–50% and field-based work. Remote candidates in Chicago, Dallas, or NY area preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in food packaging or related materials.
• Experience selling to converters, printers, and packaging manufacturers.
• Ability to communicate from shop floor to boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business with converters, printers, and packaging manufacturers.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts across North America.
• Build a strong pipeline for cupstock, folding carton, lidding, and barrier-coated packaging.
• Position Foopak grades as high-performance packaging solutions.
• Coordinate product trials with support from Technical Manager.
• Drive growth through disciplined account planning and forecasting.
