Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Demand Planner to develop a consensus-based rolling 36-month forecast for the North America Food business. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to support the IBP process and improve forecast accuracy.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with IBP, forecasting software, and advanced Excel. You will coordinate Pre-Demand reviews, monitor KPIs, and help implement forecasting tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field is required.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in Demand Planning, IBP, and forecasting processes is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling 36-month demand forecast across profit centers, product hierarchies, and SKUs.
• Coordinate Pre-Demand process and lead cross-functional forecasting meetings.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and KPI performance; identify improvement opportunities.
