Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in North Carolina is seeking a Demand Leader to own the North America Food demand planning process, balancing customer demand with plant capacity and overall supply chain capabilities. You will lead the monthly Demand Review and develop forecasts at profit center, product hierarchy, and SKU levels.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to incorporate market signals, monitor forecast performance, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading the monthly Demand Review and 36-month forecast.
• Ability to develop forecasts at profit centers, product hierarchies, and SKUs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Proven track record in improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Demand Review and align on a rolling 36‑month forecast.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels.
• Incorporate market intelligence and promotional activities into forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive accuracy improvements.
• Own forecasting system and support enhancements.
• Lead Demand Planner(s) and support demand planning execution.
• Conduct scenario planning and simulations to inform decisions.
