Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of work experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated aptitude in data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create/Review/Validate Demand Signal for rolling 24 month horizon.
• Analyze and update SKU level demand signals based on trends and inputs.
• Utilize a machine learning baseline forecast while incorporating promotional volume and BI insights.
• Lead S&OP meetings and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Develop sales forecast rollups by business to support monthly reviews.
