Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Manager, Integrated Planning, to lead end-to-end planning and scheduling across multiple facilities. You will drive production plans, material sourcing, and inventory strategy in a data-driven, collaborative environment with cross-functional partners.

You will lead a team of planners, buyers, and schedulers, guiding career growth, continuous improvement, and risk management to optimize service levels and costs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role within planning functions.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP training is a plus; Oliver Wight S&OP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets.
• Lead tactical procurement to sustain uninterrupted production.
• Contribute to S&OP by aligning plans with forecasts.
• Manage inventory levels and optimization strategies including safety stocks.
• Develop teams through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations for alignment.
• Leverage data, analytics, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and improve.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across planning.
• Assess risks and adjust schedules to minimize disruption.
