Job summary

The Director of Food & Beverage at Highgate Hotels leads the property F&B operations for the M Social Hotel, ensuring profitability, quality, and service excellence. Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Or a 2-year college degree with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and direct all property F&B operations.
• Market ideas to promote business and reduce turnover.
• Maintain revenue and payroll budgets and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Supervise all F&B personnel and respond to guest complaints.
• Prepare and monitor F&B budget and forecast needs.
• Oversee training of department heads on SOPs and reports.
• Attend hotel trainings and participate in MOD coverage as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance.
