Job summary

T&A Supply Company in Kent, WA is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive specification influence and identify value-engineered flooring solutions for national and regional end users, general contractors, and management groups within an assigned territory.

The role focuses on developing strategic relationships, generating new opportunities, and managing projects from identification through post-sale support. Travel and strong product knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success in commercial sales, dealing with End Users, Architects, Designers, and Subcontractors.
• 3+ years of project management experience within the construction or flooring industry.
• Strong history of calling on procurement departments and key decision-makers in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales and service calls, using in-person visits and remote resources.
• Maintain organized account management and pursue aggressive project opportunities.
• Provide product expertise and customer support throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Update CRM with opportunities, tasks, notes and documents.
• Represent the company at marketing events and trade shows.
