Job summary

You will partner with internal teams and external partners, balance strategy with day-to-day delivery, and lead improvements using data and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision and roadmaps including short-term, mid-term, and long-term timelines.
• Develop strategic documentation to gain stakeholder alignment and provide status updates at milestones.
• Identify key performance metrics and create reporting frameworks for program management and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams to resolve partner issues and deliver seamless execution.
• Standardize and optimize program processes for consistency and scalability.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for external fleet management partners.
