Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Preference: Master’s degree or MBA; knowledge of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across organizations.
• Develop overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver.
• Define program mission, vision, objectives and measure with metrics.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments and understand business problems.
• Coordinate resources across teams and customers to prioritize projects.
• Oversee cross-team gaps and mitigate risks to avoid failure modes.
• Communicate with executives to influence critical business initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
