Job summary

Amazon\'s Middle Mile is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive utilization of the Middle Mile Transportation network.

You will partner with technical teams, manage stakeholders, and lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and KPI governance. The role requires autonomy in ambiguous environments, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting similar to a startup within a large organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across multiple organizations.
• Develop the overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver.
• Define the program mission, set objectives, analyze data and drive measurable improvements.
• Navigate ambiguities and understand business problems and constraints.
• Source, allocate, and coordinate resources across teams.
• Collaborate with customers, internal/external teams, and engineers to determine priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure cross-team collaboration.
• Communicate with program managers, business leaders and executives on initiatives.
• Develop, implement and govern KPI reporting for portfolio visibility.
