Job summary

Amazon's Global Fleet organization is expanding and building new capabilities to support all Middle Mile assets. This Program Manager will define the vision, roadmaps, and drive execution for our Fleet Management business, collaborating across finance, operations, and tech teams.

You will manage external fleet partners, translate their needs into scalable business models, and maintain strong relationships while delivering measurable improvements. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision and roadmaps with short-, mid-, and long-term timelines.
• Develop strategic docs to align stakeholders and report milestones.
• Identify KPIs and create reporting frameworks for program management and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve partner issues and deliver seamless program execution.
• Standardize and optimize processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for external fleet management partners.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and gathering partner feedback.
