Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing commercial fleets and drivers.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations.
• Experience with driver dispatch, fleet maintenance, compliance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driver schedules, routes, and remote shuttling.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure fleet availability.
• Monitor driver performance, HOS, and route efficiency.
• Resolve operational and delivery issues.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Review DVIRs and maintain compliance records.
• Manage Samsara implementation and fleet monitoring.
• Budget & cost control: monitor maintenance, fuel, vendors, and fleet expenses.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train drivers.
• Maintain driver records in systems.
• Provide coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Track operational KPIs and fleet performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and costs.
