Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related field.
• Eight (8) years of professional-level administrative, operations, or technical work experience.
• Valid Maryland Class C Non-Commercial driver's license or equivalent; Baltimore City driver's permit may be required.
