Job summary

Helios HVACR Services is seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-state fleet of 600+ vehicles. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance, telematics, fuel, claims, and new deployments, working closely with operations leadership, field managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal uptime.

The role requires strong vendor management, budgeting accuracy, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or automotive certification.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet, automotive repair, or operations support.
• Experience in fleet management.
• Experience with insurance claims or accident management is a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Experience in HVAC industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, vendors, telematics, fuel, claims, and new deployments.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and compliance across markets.
• Serve as primary contact for fleet vendors and ensure service levels.
• Coordinate accident/claims activities and manage insurance-related tasks.
• Administer Motive telematics, device installs, and data accuracy.
• Manage the fuel card program from issuance to spend analysis.
• Maintain vehicle registrations, titles, and related records.
• Coordinate new vehicle orders from order to deployment across FMC and systems.
• Provide replacement recommendations based on mileage and age.
