Job summary

Wheels is seeking a Fleet Manager in Alpharetta, GA, to provide proactive, consultative fleet management services to clients. You will analyze performance, identify cost containment opportunities, and set up tracking and reporting to secure client buy-in.

Responsibilities include policy recommendations, managing maintenance decisions, and optimizing vehicle utilization to minimize costs. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in fleet management, and proficiency with Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• CAFM certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with fleet management policies and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting to Clients to ensure policy adherence and cost containment.
• Present Business Review to clients with cost reduction results and service goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and activate new clients.
• Lead client activation for portfolio assignments.
• Proficient use of Wheels systems including Salesforce, FleetView, and CSD.
• Manage client inventory and vehicle utilization for cost efficiency.
• Provide life cycle cost analysis and recommendations from data.
