Job summary

Nixon Power Services seeks an experienced Fleet Manager to own and optimize our fleet of ~284 vehicles across multiple states. You will drive acquisition, maintenance, upfitting, replacements, and disposal, ensuring safety and cost efficiency while partnering with Ford Fleet and other vendors.

You will report on KPIs such as availability, maintenance costs, and utilization, and develop multi-year budgets to support growth and reliability across our service footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in fleet management or similar role.
• Experience managing 200+ vehicles strongly preferred.
• Experience with light- to medium-duty fleets and Ford fleet vehicles preferred.
• Capable of analyzing data to drive decisions and optimize utilization.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance and lifecycle of the fleet across the organization.
• Manage acquisition, specifications, upfitting, deployment, maintenance, replacement and disposal.
• Develop replacement strategies based on mileage, age, maintenance, and total cost of ownership.
• Oversee telematics, fuel programs, and utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate accident management, insurance, rentals, and return-to-service with Safety and HR.
