EXO Inc. is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee a nationwide fleet of 400+ vehicles, trailers, and equipment. You will ensure operational readiness, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency while coordinating with Operations, Safety, Finance, HR, and field leadership.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, vendor management, and data-driven decision making to extend asset life and improve fleet performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 400+ vehicles and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulatory requirements.
• Proven vendor management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a fleet of 400+ vehicles across multiple locations.
• Maintain visibility into asset utilization and readiness.
• Coordinate assignments to optimize deployment and reduce downtime.
• Monitor maintenance, inspections, and repairs with safe, compliant operation.
• Ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Lead fleet technology, telematics, data, and reporting initiatives.
• Develop lifecycle strategies for procurement, deployment, and retirement of assets.
