Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our fleet operations from acquisition through lifecycle management. This hands-on leader will specify, order, and manage specialty-built trucks, building systems and vendor relationships to scale as the business grows.

You will own the full lifecycle, develop a scalable growth plan, and manage partnerships with FMCs and vendors for telematics, maintenance, and remarketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fleet management with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of OEM chassis and upfitting processes.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full fleet lifecycle from specification to replacement planning.
• Develop and execute a scalable fleet growth plan aligned with expansion.
• Manage FMC partnerships including telematics, maintenance, and remarketing.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and oversee Geotab and video safety programs.
• Lead a small fleet team and establish SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards.
