The position is onsite with travel requirements and offers relocation assistance, a Monday–Friday schedule, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not provided.
• 10+ years in strategic fleet oversight for 1,000+ vehicles.
• Willingness to travel around 20% and operate onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop fleet strategy and forecasting to optimize sizing and costs.
• Lead procurement, negotiation, and vendor management with leasing and service providers.
• Monitor costs, compliance, and vehicle registrations across the fleet.
• Oversee data/telemetics reporting to improve operational performance.
