Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) with 4 years of relevant experience; 5 years of experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience accepted as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operations.
• Oversee maintenance managers and cost-focused performance.
• Manage capital equipment requisitions per corporate guidelines.
• Optimize vehicle asset utilization and shop staffing.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and WM standards.
• Develop and coach fleet personnel, promoting safety and training.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and preventive maintenance programs.
