Qualifications

• Must have leadership and customer focus with ability to drive sales.
• Experience managing profits, store metrics and plans.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Support outside sales in developing wholesale accounts.
• Lead and develop a skilled crew to deliver excellent customer care and results.
