Job summary

Advertising Vehicles, a nationwide fleet graphics provider, is seeking an experienced outside sales rep to win national and multi-location accounts. The role is onsite in Blue Ash, OH, with a Florida sales territory and up to 50% travel.

Base salary is $80,000 plus uncapped commissions and an annual bonus potential. Requirements include 5+ years of B2B outside sales, proven quota attainment, and a valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a track record of hitting quota
• Experience finding your own new business: cold calling, prospecting and building a territory
• Comfort working in a CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Present fleet branding and vehicle graphics solutions tailored to customer needs and goals.
• Guide clients from discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and order booking.
• Partner with operations and account managers for a smooth handoff and strong client experience post-sale.
• Grow and retain won accounts, identifying expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Track pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Stay current on trends in fleet branding, transportation, and national account buying behavior to keep Advertising Vehicles competitive.
• Travel up to 50% for client meetings, trade shows, relationship development, and market expansion opportunities.
