Qualifications

• Ability to work with office equipment and computers using common software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with Excel and basic reporting tools is preferred.
• College degree is preferred but a combination of work and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset utilization and drivers to ensure high customer service and fleet profitability.
• Coach and mentor drivers on training and administrative items.
• Coordinate with maintenance on trucks out of service or returning to service.
• Plan and dispatch loads, monitor hours of service, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
