• Review time-off requests and plan loads for same-day or next-day dispatch.
• Coordinate with maintenance on vehicle availability and dispatch.
• Monitor driver hours of service and ensure compliance.
• Support drivers with coaching and training as needed.
• Communicate across departments to optimize loads and routes.
• Handle urgent disruptions to maintain on-time delivery.
