Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Asset Manager to oversee procurement, management and maintenance of the fleet in Central Texas, with up to 60% travel to Austin and Waco. The role partners with General Managers and leadership to optimize lifecycle costs and safety.

You will develop and maintain the CAPEX plan, coordinate with local teams for justifications, and drive CMMS adoption across sites to improve efficiency and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with 10+ years in equipment management.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive an effective safety culture.
• Maintain the current 5-year CAP-EX plan.
• Schedule purchases to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate with local teams for CAP-EX justifications.
• Determine lease vs buy to optimize lifecycle costs.
• Develop fleet strategy for sharing equipment.
• Lead OPS/CMMS implementation.
• Ensure CMMS utilization and data accuracy.
