Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager to oversee asset procurement, management, and maintenance with a focus on total cost of ownership for the company fleet in Austin and Waco. The role requires travel up to 60% of the time and close collaboration with General Managers and the Company President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience with a minimum of 10 years of equipment management experience required.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experience in mining, construction or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset procurement, management, and maintenance with focus on total cost of ownership.
• Travel up to 60% within Central Texas.
• Manage leasing activities and lease-vs-buy decisions to optimize lifecycle costs.
• Develop Texas fleet strategy for sharing equipment across markets.
• Lead OPS/CMMS implementation and equipment excellence programs.
• Promote safety culture and performance improvement across sites.
