Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking an experienced Equipment/Asset Manager to optimize fleet performance across Central Texas. You will lead CAP-EX planning, supplier negotiations, and lifecycle cost analyses while coordinating with leaders and shop teams.

The role emphasizes travel up to 60% within the region, financial acumen, and a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
• 10+ years of equipment management experience preferred.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities preferred.
• Experience in mining, construction or manufacturing desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset procurement, management and maintenance with focus on TCO.
• Lead CAP-EX planning and cost control for fleet in Central Texas.
• Coordinate with GM teams for CAP-EX justifications and fleet levels.
• Drive CMMS adoption, servicing optimization and lifecycle improvement.
• Develop and implement fleet strategy across markets.
• Manage leasing decisions and revenue/recharge rate alignment.
• Lead shop managers and ensure safety, financial and operational excellence.
• Promote innovation and vendor partnerships to optimize assets.
