CRH Texas Materials seeks a seasoned Equipment Manager to oversee asset procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle costs across Austin and Waco regions. The role centers on optimizing total cost of ownership, managing CAP-EX plans, and coordinating with site teams for sustained performance.

Travel up to 60% is required as you lead CMMS initiatives, leasing decisions, and fleet strategy. A strong background in mining/construction or manufacturing with P&L exposure is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with 10+ years in equipment management.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems (CMMS) preferred.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility; mining/construction/manufacturing background.

Aufgaben

• Drive total cost of ownership and CAP-EX planning for the fleet.
• Maintain the 5-year CAP-EX plan and target fleet levels.
• Schedule purchases to maximize utilization and justify CAP-EX.
• Leverage OEM partnerships to optimize asset performance and lifecycle costs.
• Manage leasing activities and decide lease vs. buy to optimize lifecycle costs.
• Develop Texas fleet strategy for cross-market equipment sharing.
• Lead CMMS implementation and ensure module utilization.
• Monitor financial impact and report monthly performance trackers.
