Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Fixture Development Project Lead to drive cross-functional fixture programs from concept to implementation across TJX brands. You will mentor Specialists and provide technical guidance while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, managing milestones, and coordinating with suppliers for successful development and deployment of fixtures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in retail, fixture, manufacturing, or store planning is preferred (3–5 years).
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to lead projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixture development projects from concept through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure development, manufacturing, and deployment of fixtures.
• Develop cost estimates and forecasts; negotiate pricing with suppliers to keep projects within budget.
