Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Trend lead to drive cross-functional collaboration across Design, Global Merchandising, and Consumer Insights at the USA Home Office in Framingham, MA.

You will translate market data into compelling seasonal concepts and color strategies, guiding product creation for customers. Ideally you are a strategic, creative thinker with 7+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Travel domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify key product concepts and insights guiding Design, Global Merchandising, and assortment strategies.
• Translate data and insights into compelling seasonal concept presentations for customers.
• Create seasonal color palettes and define color usage across product categories.
• Co-create trend decks and presentations for in-person trend space sessions.
• Maintain understanding of customer demographics, trends, and competitive landscape to guide strategy.
• Partner with Design, Global Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Packaging and Marketing to influence product strategies.
• Lead, coach and develop a team focused on creativity, collaboration and learning.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovative processes and AI-enabled tools.
