Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Manager of Fixture Design to lead the creation and execution of new fixture programs across Burlington stores.

You will design, plan, and oversee displays that fit store models, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize the brand experience. You will manage multiple projects, develop cost-effective, durable fixtures, and present concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of fixture design, retail design, architectural design, or related experience.
• 2–3 years in a managerial role preferred, strong retail background.
• BA/BS in Design, related field or significant relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with 3D modeling and design software, preferably SketchUp; AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan fixtures and displays for the needs of Burlington stores.
• Focus on creating appealing, functional, flexible and safe fixture programs that meet business needs.
• Work with Merchant teams, Store Planning and Operations to understand requirements and ensure fit and usability.
• Present fixture concepts, design recommendations, and business cases to executives and stakeholders.
• Create fixture concepts using 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp preferred).
• Develop and maintain fixture design standards, best practices, and SOPs.
