Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage firmwide compensation planning deliverables, including incentive compensation forecasting and year-end planning.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses and communications explaining compensation trends, drivers, risks, and recommendations.
  • Influence and partner across HR, Compensation, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Analyze compensation, headcount, financial, performance, market data to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain project management discipline managing multiple deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to risk and policy requirements for sensitive data.
