Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze transaction structures across asset classes and products.
• Identify revenue opportunities from financing needs and assets.
• Prepare client materials, including pitches and market updates for meetings.
• Participate in client calls and meetings to support execution.
• Coordinate among sales, trading, banking, risk, and legal teams during execution.
• Engage with rating agencies, lawyers, and control functions to close transactions.
• Contribute to new product ideas and platform development in credit/loan space.
• Track industry trends and market developments affecting offerings.
