Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to lead accounting, controllership, and reporting for the Medicare Supplement business. You will partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and a strong control environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting or financial analysis, GAAP expertise, advanced Excel, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, controllership, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to partner across Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and business groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes for Medicare Supplement.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Assist with system implementations, reporting enhancements, and process redesign.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, data analytics, and technology solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
