CVS Health is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to lead critical accounting, reporting, and controllership activities for the Medicare Supplement business. You will partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate brings GAAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Experience managing complex accounting and reporting activities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for the Medicare Supplement business.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Assist with special projects related to system implementations, reporting enhancements, and process redesign.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, data analytics, and technology solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
