Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, controllership, or financial analysis.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and close process experience.
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.
• Experience with complex accounting in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close for Medicare Supplement.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting, controls, and documentation.
• Assist with system implementations and reporting enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities via data analytics and technology.
• Mentor teammates and promote accountability and collaboration.
