CVS Health is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to lead accounting, reporting, and controllership for the Medicare Supplement line. You will collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and business leaders to ensure accurate results and strong controls.

The role focuses on improving processes, implementing automation, and guiding a team through busy close cycles in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Experience managing complex accounting and reporting activities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively partner across Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and business organizations.

Responsibilities

• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for the Medicare Supplement business.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Assist with special projects related to system implementations, reporting enhancements, and process redesign.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, data analytics, and technology solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
