Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Financial and Procurement Analyst to support payroll, billing, and budgeting while overseeing procurement across facilities and operations. The role involves processing timesheets, expense reports, and monthly financial reports, with close collaboration with site staff and corporate buyers to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, with at least six years of financial analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related discipline.
• Six years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience with government contract accounting preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing and timesheet validation weekly.
• Process employee expense reports, including TDY and reimbursements.
• Support monthly billing and accounts payable/receivable activities.
• Coordinate procurement requests with site staff and corporate buyers.
• Negotiate terms, track supplier performance, and manage deliveries.
• Establish new suppliers and promote process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
