Amentum is seeking a Financial and Procurement Analyst to provide accounting services, oversee procurement for all facilities, and support payroll, expenses, budgets, and invoicing.

The role requires six years in financial analysis or accounting, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain security clearances. You will coordinate with site staff and Corporate buyers to ensure compliant, timely procurements and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or related discipline.
• Six (6) years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience with government contract accounting, preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any company and customer required licensing, certification(s), qualification(s) and security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Validate and process weekly timesheets for payroll.
• Process expense reports for boot reimbursements and TDY expenses.
• Assist with monthly billing and site accounts payable/receivable as requested.
• Coordinate with site staff to support payroll, accounts payable/receivable and other requirements.
• Review procurement requests for adherence to policies and regulations.
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize procurement requests among shop requestors.
• Negotiate price/terms with suppliers and monitor deliveries.
• Establish new suppliers and monitor performance for improvements.
• Implement standardized procurement forms and documentation requirements.
