Job summary

Amentum is hiring a Financial and Procurement Analyst to provide accounting support including payroll, expenses, budgets, invoices, and monthly reporting, while overseeing procurement for company facilities and staff.

The role requires collaboration with site staff and corporate buyers to ensure compliance with policies and government regulations, and may involve licensing and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or related discipline.
• Six years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience with government contract accounting, preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required licensing, certifications, and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process timesheets weekly and assist payroll corrections.
• Process expense reports and TDY/boot reimbursement requests.
• Assist with monthly billing and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
• Coordinate procurement workflow with site staff and corporate buyers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
