• Supervise month-end closing activities and prepare management reports.
• Manage the overall budget and communicate variances to department heads.
• Coordinate with holding level to align policies and templates.
• Provide financial reports to management and assist in planning decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and cross-train staff as needed.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
