Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a global team across the United States, Costa Rica, Malaysia, and Vietnam, driving management reporting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, and strategic financial insights for senior leadership.

The role partners with Close/Consolidations and External Reporting, ensuring accurate consolidated results, SEC filing readiness, and continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions in a hybrid work model based

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification.
8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience or 7+ years with a Master’s degree.
3+ years leading, coaching, and developing direct/global teams.
Experience with management reporting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global team responsible for management reporting, balance sheet analysis, cash flow reporting, and related financial analysis.
Lead quarterly management reporting processes, including executive reporting packages, financial results analysis, variance explanations, and management commentary.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of the consolidated statement of cash flows and related reporting.
Partner with the Close and Consolidations teams to ensure management reporting is complete, accurate, and aligned with consolidated financial results.
Coordinate with Finance stakeholders to identify and resolve reporting issues during monthly/quarterly close cycles.
